We recognise our success depends entirely on our people, and there are some people that go above and beyond what is expected of them during the course of their work. So, we've introduced the Shine Awards to recognise and reward shining stars within the company.

The Shine Awards consist of the seven categories which represent the qualities needed to run a successful business and include the following categories

• Creative Ideas Award
• The Best Customer Service Award
• The Award for Team Spirit
•  Beyond the Call of Duty Award
• Company Values
• Leadership Award
• Employee of the Year

Staff are encouraged to nominate their colleagues they feel show an outstanding commitment to their work. We have chosen awards that really matter to us as a business and the winners of each award are presented with £500 at the Christmas Party. We held our first Shine Awards Ceremony in December 2007 and over 300 nominations were received.
